6 Day Training Split:
Monday: Full Body Strength -Quads, Bicep, Triceps, and Abs
Tuesday: Outdoor Run (beginner & intermediate options)
Wednesday: Full Body Strength- Delts, Chest, and Back
Thursday: 10min Core Circuit
Friday: Full Body Strength- Hamstrings, Glutes, and Calves
Saturday: Outdoor Run (beginner & intermediate options)
Sunday: Rest & Recovery
